Drive-in DSC2771_small.jpgA lovely day for the Drive In, with a good turn out for the day. The meal was good and so was the company. Unfortunately the Captain's team did not win and once again the Hastie Trophy went to the Past Captain's team!

Monday 13th April - Lawford Trophy
This trophy, donated to the club by Ray & Marion Lawford, was first introduced in 1981, is for the best aggregate score in two of the three Bank Holiday Mixed Foursomes held on Easter Monday and the May Bank Holidays. The 2008 winners were Sally Mathurin and Mike James.
 
Saturday 18th April - Barn Dance to the Black Sheep

If you've never been to a Barn Dance then now's your chance. The Black Sheep are well known across the South and always have a good attendance at their public dances. Come and have some fun. No previous experience necessary. Blue jeans and a checked shirt are all you need, plus lots of Yee-Hah!! Start at 7:30pm

7:00pm for 7:30pm. Eat at 8:30pm after an hour's warm up!
£12.50 including Ham & Cheese Ploughman's (or see Dawn for a Veggie option).

Friday 24th April 2009 - Captain's Roll Up

fun_golf.gifThis is a 9-hole roll-up with playing partners drawn on the day. Just come along and have some fun. Start ~5:30pm with an optional meal afterwards (£5 for Chilli & Rice, or ask Dawn for a vegetarian alternative). A great way to meet other members and play with different people.

This week is a 3 person team, drawn on the day. One score to count on holes 1-3, two scores count on holes 4-6, three scores count on holes 7-9. £2 entry. Prizes for the winning team.
