The Christmas Bridge Party was held on 16th December at the Club. There were 9 tables of four players, complete with Christmas crackers, paper hats, chocolates and mince pies!. The overall competition was won by Jane Groves with the highest score of the afternoon.  Jane won a bottle of sparkling pink Proscutto and and some Bridge notelets (sorry Jane, no photo).

Our thanks to Janice Berry for organising the event and to everyone for coming and taking part. Everyone had a really good time in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, including those who are just learning the game. We're always pleased to see new faces so if you want to learn to play bridge, or if you played a long time ago and want to learn the modern  ACOL system then Janice is always teaching every Tuesday afternoon.
