Lady Captain's Drive In for 2009

Jane Thompson was elected as the new Lady Captain for Broadstone Golf Club on 5th February 2009. Her official Drive-In took place on 12th February 2009. It was nice to see so many ladies by the 1st tee for the drive -in and the mulled wine was extremely welcome on the cold and frosty morning!

The photos show last years Captain Gill Snow putting-out on the 18th. Jane's playing partners for the day were Doreen Cooper (Ladies Vice-Captain) and Anne Peatey. After the competition a gathering of 60 lady members met together for a most enjoyable tea in the restaurant.
