Ollie Courtney won the Weymouth Cup as the Handicap Champion in the Dorset County Mens Stroke Play Championship at Parkstone GC on 2nd August 2009, with Jordan Howlett in 2nd place for Best Net Scores. In the second round Jordan came home in 75 giving him a 149 gross 137 net total. Then the last group in saw Ollie Courtney come home with a 75 giving him a 149 gross 137 net total.  It then went to count back and Ollie just pipped it on the last 6.

Luke Joy was 4th in the Gross Score competition.

Congratulations to Ollie and Jordan on their first outing in the Mens County Stroke Play! Congratulations also to James Chapman who also competed for the first time but was not in the top rankings.
