Seniors Christmas Dinner Pre Order

a) Game Terrine with melba toast & caramelised onion chutney

b) Salmon Roulade with micro herb salad & horseradish cream

c) Spiced Parsnip Soup with garlic crouton (v) 


MAINS

d) Roast Turkey with all the trimmings

e) Lemon & Herb Crusted Cod Loin with creamed potato & crushed minted peas

f) Braised Ox Cheek with creamed potato & red wine sauce

g) Baked Aubergine with roast onion, white bean puree & tamarind sauce (v)

all served with seasonal veg



FOR DESSERT

h) Christmas PUdding with brandy sauce

i) White Chocolate & Cranberry Brownie with clotted cream ice cream

j) Apple & Blackberry Crumble with cinnamon ice cream

k) Cheese & Biscuits


Followed by coffee & mini mince pies



£24.50 for 2 courses and £29.50 for 3 courses

including entertainment
